The client agrees to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to prohibited and hazardous materials.

4. Types of SMS Communications

By providing your consent, you may receive text messages related to the following:

  • Shipment tracking and delivery updates.

  • Customer support communications.

If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages, you can opt out at any time (see Section 4).

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive SMS communications, you:

7. Opt-In Methods

  • By opting in to receive SMS messages from Ready To Dispatch (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your participation in our SMS communication program and outline your rights and responsibilities.

  • You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Ready To Dispatch in the following ways:

8. Opt-Out and Support

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including network issues or carrier malfunctions.

11. Responsibilities of the Company

The Company will:

  • Deliver services professionally and in compliance with federal and Wyoming state regulations.
  • Maintain proper licenses, insurance, and permits as required.

12. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing will be detailed in individual contracts or invoices.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

13. Liability and Insurance

  • The Company is liable for damages or losses caused by negligence up to the limits outlined in the federal Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706).
  • The client must notify the Company of any claims within 15 days of delivery.
  • Additional cargo insurance is available upon request and at the client’s expense.

14. Prohibited Goods

The Company does not transport the following items:

  • Hazardous materials not in compliance with U.S. DOT regulations.
  • Illegal or contraband goods.
  • Perishable items not properly prepared for transport.

15. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events outside its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government actions.

16. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Wyoming law.
  • The venue for any legal proceedings will be in Wyoming.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States.

18. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions with prior notice to clients.
